Hammerhead Bay is in the midst of a civil war. As an operations officer, direct a VIP unit that is being evacuated from the city to the extraction point at the harbor.  Use reconnaissance to identify units in the fog of war—but be careful, there may be traitors hiding amongst the loyalists.

RMB: Attack units

LMB: Recon units to identify them, select move space

Friendly units that are successfully scouted will then be controllable by you. You can attack both hostiles and unidentified units—which can potentially lead to friendly fire!
